What we collect
When you send a sample request, project enquiry or message, we receive the details you type (such as name, phone, email, city and project information) and any files you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare samples or quotations and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your details.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in the website's private admin, which only the SMN team can open. Attached files are kept outside the public website.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without tracking cookies. If analytics are switched on, anonymous usage statistics are collected to improve the site. The sample list you build is kept in your own browser.
WhatsApp, phone and email
WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp; that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. The website only counts that a WhatsApp button was pressed and on which page — not who pressed it. Phone and email links open your own phone or mail app.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, the website stores a one-way code made from your connection (not your IP address itself) with each enquiry and limits how many forms one connection can send per hour.
Videos
Videos come from SMN's YouTube channel. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the player then uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, contact us by phone or email.
